Used to be our go to place for Mexican but over the past few years it has really gone down hill. Food portions are small, prices... higher, wait time for food is long, and menus tonight smelled sour. This Rio Grande is by far the WORST Mexican resistant we have been to. We have ate here about 3 times now and each experience... was worse than the last. We love Luigi?s and village beverage next door and go there very often for dinner and drinks. I havenever had a worse experience at a Mexican restaurant in the Greensboro area! The service was awful and the food was even worse.If you can do it, drive 15 minutes further to the Rio Grande location in Oak Ridge. It is by far worth the ride. Read more
I will not be back!! It seems like everywhere I go these days is a waste of time and money, not to mention stressful. Me and my... daughter both ordered grilled chicken cesar salads. They both came out as garden salads with cesar dressing and chicken was notgrilled chicken?.I asked if we could have grilled chicken cesar salads, that is what we ordered, he then tried to tell me thatthey was the same, no they are not! He then began to act like it was my fault?here we go again. I had him bring me a menu toshow him the picture of a amazing looking cesar salad I pointed to when showing him what I wanted to order. I then showed himthat I also want grilled chicken breast like in the picture, he then argued with me saying that?s not how it comes. I told ladywhen checking out that they should learn how to properly make a cesar salad or take it off menu, she said that?s just how theymake it, nobody wants to do things right!
