I came in about two weeks ago with my 3 kids, which I rarely do alone because it?s a handful, I had a hard time juggling diaper... bags, drinks, high chair and corralling the kids into their seats. The manager Luke/lance/name started with an L? was superhelpful went out of his way and carried the drinks for me and grabbed the high chair and asked my several times if I neededhelp/anything. Then my kid spilled his drink everywhere and he came over quickly to help clean up. Super nice staff! Will becoming back for the excellent customer service! Read more
This place has changed. Used to be good pizza, decent place to eat lunch. Last time I ate here, the dining room area was a... mess - nasty tables, dirty plates lying everywhere. Very little service to the buffet. And the pizza was not that good. Nothorrible, but only edible. Nothing memorable or anything I'd want to go back for. Pizza Inn used to be top dog but they havelet it go and gotten lazy. Read more
I have to give 4 stars. This place has been a landmark in sulphur springs for decades but the ownership has recently changed... and its just not as good as it used to be and honestly, it's not as clean either. Great service. Plenty of hot pizzas on the buffet. Best tea! It actually has flavor! Bathrooms clean. Plenty of parking.... Dessert pizzas are delicious and they have plenty of choices available. Highly recommend. Read more
We used to be regulars here but the food and service have gone downhill. We walked in and every table was dirty. We had to ask... to have a table cleaned. We were here an hour and the same pizza has been on the buffet. They finally put two pizzas on thebuffet and they were cold. When we ask about it, the guy said that they had them in the warmer in the back. Not sure if it don?twork well but it is very disappointing to pay $12 each and have cold pizza. An all you can eat buffet style pizza, salad, and dessert bar? Yes please! This is such a great place to stop in and chow down... if you love pizza. One awesome thing that they will do here is make any custom pizza you request and put the remainder out onthe buffet. This is one of those kind of places that if you're on a budget and want to meet up with friends and eat, you canalways rely on the food here to be a step up from Little Caesars, but not quiet Dominoes or Pizza Hut.
