I visited this Waffle House on 10/02/2022 @ 1:53 am. The men servers/cooks were kind and exemplified great customer service. The... woman who was working at the time was rude. She did not have good customer service. I heard her state her dissatisfaction forhaving to check me out when asked. Also, her demeanor towards me was very unwelcoming. As an establishment that is nationwide, Iwould think that all employees would be welcoming, especially since I came into the establishment with a positive attitude. Ihope this employee receives training on customer service. Read more

Asked for crispy hashbrowns and you would think they couold do that. Potatoes still white. Asked for them to have... onion,ham,jalepeno. Don't pay extra for anything. Terrible Read more

Dirty, terrible, service , and luke warm hashbrowns, and my grilled cheese....well yes the bread was toasted and they did slap... on two slices of cheese but the cheese wasn't melted and sandwich not hot. I'll be very desperate before visiting this placeever !!! Read more
