Bought a cold cut combo, foot long at 5:00 pm, got to my job few minutes later, began to eat sandwich, bread was dried out,... flaking and rather stale, it was horrible, took every off of sandwich and had to eat it without the bread, was to late for meto do anything about it, called store, girl told me, nothing they can do about it, to come to store earlier bread may befresher, I thought she was absurd to say the least! 0 stars. Placed an online order. Came in and was told simply ?no? when I gave my name to pick up. They didn?t even know their... address and apparently never got my online order even though it was confirmed online. Showed the receipt on my phone, to whichthe worker took my phone to start making the sandwiches. I asked for my phone back and was told ?no I?m not gonna write it downwhen I have your phone right here?? I said I would leave and come back in a few minutes to get my order, and had to basicallyforce the worker to give me my phone back. Come back and pick up the order, the worker said ?let me see your phone again andgive me your phone number in case anything is wrong with the sandwiches.? I said, ?they?re not what I ordered???? The otherworker assured me it was. I refused to give them my phone again and just took the loss and went home. Of course the sandwicheswere nothing like what we ordered.
