At the drive thru, no one answd; there were no customers; I saw thru the window one of the employees sitting at a table eating;... I went inside and clearly ordered 2 3pc white boxes with 2 side. We are traveling and opted to go further down the road andpicnic. Imagine my surprise when I found both were dark meat which we dispise! We were very disappointed. Absolutely the worst KFC I have ever been to. Worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They never answer their phone,... rarely have any CHICKEN, rarely ever have anything to eat to begin with. Drive thru is the worst ever. I arrived at 6:38 and ordered a 12 piece meal only to be told that they didn?t have any chicken and it would be a 20 minute... wait.
