I went into this location a few weeks ago and the service was amazing! I was greeted upon entering and treated respectfully... throughout my visit. The young man that prepared my meal was so polite and patient. He made sure to ask specific questions aboutpreparing my meal that truly customized my entire experience. He listened carefully to all of my request and did not ever rushme or make me feel rushed. He was very attentive and the area where food was being prepared was kept very clean, from what Icould see. The brisket was very tender and seasoned perfectly! I haven't had the opportunity to visit this location again but Iwill most definitely make my way back. Thank you Mr. Thomas for providing me with such superior customer service, that has beenso hard to come by lately. It was a very refreshing experience. Read more
