Hi, Firehouse subs in my experience has some pretty good subs. I've eaten from here quite a few times, and everything seems to... be pretty good. The management seems to have the right idea and the food is pretty good; they also help out locally, which isreally nice to know. However, like any fast food restaurant that has something that could be forgotten often; here that would bethe pickle.???? Every sandwich comes with one if you prefer, and is the one thing I recommend to double check when receivingyour order. Overall I'm sure you will like the place if you get the chance to go, and I'm pretty sure, that if something wasn'tright, or an issue became apparent, they would do their best to make it right. That's why I believe they deserve five stars,even if a time, or two, they forgot my pickle????. Read more
Ordered on App for take out. Order was ready much sooner than app indicated. Got there and drink machine only had diet drinks.... Which would have got a 3 star review but a nice guy employee saw me struggling with choice and offered to go in the back and getme the drinks I wanted. Subs are always delicious. Only complaint would be the amount of time it takes to get your food. Staff is always friendly.
