My friends and I have always enjoyed Chili's, but we were at the sulphur location about 3 weeks ago and the server forgot to... submit our entres order. We sat immediately, but were there for about 2 hours before our food came out. 2 of us took theadventure of ordering the new carne asada on the menu. I'll say it was not impressive. (And I would suggest to go down thestreet to Maria's Mexican restaurant instead, as I will net time) This on top of the server bringing the incorrect appetizer weordered, we decided to keep it and order again, and of course we paid for both. My husband, 3 daughter & I came to eat thinking we were going to eat some delicious food. Well we were totally wrong about that.... The lady at the front sat us in a booth and we immediately noticed the bad smell the restaurant had. It smelled like dirty mop,their was dirty tables just sitting there and trash all over the floor. We sat there for about 10 to 15 minutes just for someoneto come offer us just drinks. Finally someone comes and takes our order. Once we received our food. Let me just tell you it wasnot good. The food itself tasted like it's been sitting in the freezer for a long time. And flavor wise it was just disgusting.It taste like trash! It was disappointing wasting $70 in food that tasted like trash and what a waste of money! Definitely donot recommend! Read more
Service has definitely improved the last few times we have gone, but I noticed the worst waitress I've ever had is still working... there. Hope I never get seated at her section again. The food has been good the last handful of trips. (With exception to myfries and chips n salsa on my last trip.) The fries were definitely old then redropped in grease, burning them and giving themthat unique greasy saturated taste you only get when they attempt to recook old fries. The chips and salsa problem- half mychips were stuck together and didnt cook leaving them rubbery and dripping with grease. (Imagine dipping your rubberbands in apot of cold cooking oil.)Considering the horrible waitress is still there and the lazy cook I dropped down to 3 stars. I willbring back up when/if my trip in another or two serves everything edible. Read more
Had to wait to be seated, might be because they are short of staff..but seems like everyone in the back! Seems like the whole... staff had a bad day no smiles! Food was excellent but forgot my bacon on my burger..they brought it later on a plate. Waitresschecked on us twice, but it?s okay we really didn?t need anything. Read more

Restroom needs cleaning two days before I got there, the fork was clean. If the restroom are dirty I will not go back again. I... love Chili's but to many are not clean. Service a little bit ok. !! Read more
