Was here tonight and while ours seemed okay.... we ate inside and overheard the crew start bashing someone in drive thru, then... laughing at one another while loudly announcing "I hope you like your burger" while gathering and laughing even louder... so Ilikely won't come back. Gotta love evening shift crews, right? We all know it happens, but to hear it going down is a differentthing. Eek. Time and time again you go and pay a premium on food only to have the order wrong. They can't ever admit they made a mistake... just "come back and we will replace it" I don't want to come back I would like it done right the first time. The meal paid yourhourly wage 2 times over. I shouldn't have to beg and plead for the food to be done right, I shouldn't have to come back. Itwasn't even a busy time of day I was the only one in line and still it can't be correct. Thank you fast food workers of sullivanfor showing us just how much you truly appreciate us, the consumers. I went back and the food was wrong twice the managerrefused to give me my money back after take the food back, this place is a joke I filed a fraud charge back with the bank, thisis crazy to think that we as consumers allow stuff like this to happen.... Slow service for fast food. More diverse menu than average hamburger joint. Greasy tacos are my guilty pleasure there.... Reasonably priced. Read more

Your night shift is awesome..... Very pleasant and accurate although I do have one issue with the corporat.,. Not the employees... mind you. What happened to the size of your sodas from August 25th to August 26th less than 24 hours of purchase? Read more

First of all the store was absolutely disgusting looking and all of the employees looked miserable. Secondly there were three... people outside smoking as the three inside working were struggling to even be able to maintain a "fake it to make it" attitude(which honestly is kind of admirable that they even tried with their current work conditions). The staff was friendly enough butI feel as though your establishment needs better higher up management. How can employees even want to go above and beyond whenthey struggle to even stay through a whole shift because the work environment is so miserable?! Get your stuff together!! Youall operate right off of I-44 and your employees are, in a way, the "faces" of our city!!! If I were from out of town thatwould've been an absolutely terrible first impression of our city! The staff was very friendly. My husband asked for a LOT of popcorn chicken and I wanted to make sure he hadn?t just ordered like... a gallon of them. The staff graciously put together once of the boxes so that I could see just how much chicken it really was.Soda machine was glitching out on me a bit..I think it was just maybe the end of the syrup on the Vanilla Coke Zero because onceI switched to another drink it worked just fine. Bathroom was clean and tidy which is ALWAYS nice. I got the spicy chickensandwich and it was pretty tasty! And the onion rings, which were very crunchy which I like and not oily at all. Husband got thepopcorn chicken, mix of regular and spicy, and just normal fries. He said he liked it, it was his first time having jack in thebox. The past few times we got food here there has been issues. This last time my burger had a hair in it. The time before this, the... girl working the drive-thru along with her high school friends working with her were very rude. Our order was wrong so we cameback through the drive-thru to get it straighten out and she had the worse attitude not to mention the Manager was standing afew feet away and I asked several times to talk to him and he just ignored us. This used to be a great Jack in the Box it haswent from really good to horrible. We won't be coming back until they get some employees that don't speak so rudely to customersand train their employees on health safety issues. The food is also not what it use to be. The worst Jack-in-the-Box in all of the United States of America! I asked for curly fries and they gave me regular fries and I... got a huge speech rudely by the manager on duty that I said the screen was correct when I ordered and that I needed to payextra, and I agreed but asked for fresh fries. They said sure after already bagging curly fries which took a whole five minutes,then they stated it would just be two minutes for fresh fries. 45 seconds later, I get a greasy bag of re-fries curly fries inthe same container as the fries that sat for 5 minutes on the counter. Plus, isn?t it restaurant policy to not receive anythingback into the window? She made sure she took my regular fries back and tossed them hatefully into the trash bin to show me shewas boss. Never seen so much grease. Truly not a good vibe, nor a good place to eat.And from reading the other reviews, thisfemale manager is charging customers extra for their mistakes. She claimed she was having twins, and even though I was polite toher, she still did not make me fresh fries and I had to pay extra for what I asked for. Owners??!?!? Really?!?!?? Enough isenough!
