You really have to make sure to check your order before you pull away. Almost every time we go through the drive thru they... forget to put something in the bag. Whether it's napkins, sauces or food items you can almost bank on having to ask forsomething through the window. The prices for the sub par food have outpaced inflation. If you order a large fry you get a mediumfry in a large box and about 80% of the time they're cold. "You get what you pay for" used to apply here but this is clearly nolonger the case. Read more

I went to McDonalds last night at 10:30 with my boyfriend and we ordered, pulled up to the window, and it was a young girl who... was working the window. We paid, and she left the window open and we heard her on the phone while working the headset andcussing about how bad work is and how ?they left her by herself?. Then she didn?t pay attention and one of the teas overflowedin the cup so she stuck her fingers with bandages in it to pour it out! I?m sorry but I get work can be stressful but hercussing while being on the headset, on the phone, and then put her bandaged fingers in my drink was ridiculous! Read more
We placed an order via the app and paid for our food. When we got there, we parked and tried to put our parking spot number in... which it did not allow us to do. We waited 20 minutes and nothing except watching everyone at the drive through get served. Myhusband went inside and was told the app went down and so we couldn't get our food or a refund. Read more
They have the fastest and most accurate service in the state. I suppose the whiners real complaint is that the food isn't given... away for free. That or they've never been to one in a city. SMH go and enjoy it's not a long wait and you'll get what youordered. Read more
