The employees were very friendly and the Biscuit was hot and fresh and delicious.
My mushroom and Swiss look like I?ve been in a war. Half the top bun was missing. When I complained I was told that?s they way... they look, and if they made another one it would look the same. Well that?s not how it looks I the picture and for almost $9 forthis hamburger, so I would prefer all of it being that and not having to try and eat it what half the bun missing. Read more
Well this is the 2nd time in the past wk that Hardee's failed. 1st time got home and was missing my kids fries. Called...said... next meal would be comped. Nope just free extra fries.. don't need them. Now I paid for 5 PC stripes..not cheap. And wow onlygot 4. And food is taking a nose dive. Very disappointing ???? Read more
Had the worse service yet, ordering the girl in drive through kept saying ok after every meal like an annoyed child. Then our... burgers, which wwre fresh, were an absolute mess instead of curly fries with a meal we had a mix of everything. Read more
Tried the new waffle chicken sandwich . It was a little on overcooked but it was still a great sandwich fries and drink. I'd... recommend it .this Hardee's used to be slow and forget things in your bag. They are much better now. Read more
I have lived about 10 minutes away from this store for my entire life. About 2 years back, they started having problems... performing up to the lowest standards. Today was where I drew the line and where they lost me as a customer. First of all, Iwaited 20 minutes in line before I even got to the speaker box. I was willing to let this slide, I figured they were having arush. However, when I finally reached the speaker box, no one said a word to me for another 10 minutes. I would have left, buttheir drive through doesn't allow driving off. The order taker was then incredibly rude, not even mentioning the wait time. Healso didn't give me the chance to say I wanted to donate a dollar to the military thing they had going on. I got to the windowafter another 10 minutes. I would think that after 10 minutes my food would be done, but it didn't seem so. They took my changeand I left, only to discover that my fry box was upside down in the bag, (meaning fries everywhere) and that all of my food wascold. It is safe to say that I will not be eating at this store again. Read more
The food here isn't very good. You usually end up waiting at the window for awhile even if they aren't busy. Their chicken... sandwich is dry, and the bacon cheddar fries looked nothing like the picture. They just laid a piece of bacon on the cheese.Didn't cut it up or anything. It was kind of pathetic.
