Subway as a whole should be ashamed of the amount of tuna they give you on a wrap! It's already bad enough that they charge... extra for a wrap but to get this little bit of tuna is a rip off. In addition to that the man that works at this location duringthe week is extremely rude, very unfriendly. They need some Chick-fil-A training on customer service. Treating customers like$h!t when we are the reason why you have a job/business in the first place is beyond me! I only come here because I work on thebase, I will definitely not be returning to this location! I work hard for my money and giving it to a jerk like him isn't aoption. He acts this way every time. I will also tell my co-workers not to come here any longer. I'll use the other exit fromthe base and drive to Clinton just to get better treatment. Read more
Tuna was old. They only give half portions of the meat. They filled the spoon only half way. I had to ask for double meat just... to get the normal amount. Will never be coming back to this location and I would hope that others would try a different locationalso. Read more
It's unfortunate that an employee felt the need to yell at a customer for something that was out of their control. This is both... unacceptable and despicable. I expect that changes will be made. Read more
The employee completely berated me in front of customers because I couldn't get the scan now to work. I even attempted to leave,... since I couldn't pay, but he called me back and yelled at me until my daughter burst into tears. The other customers werehorrified. Read more
Love Subway. I always have tuem take out the bread in the middle dont like all that bread in the middle. I don't get any meat on... my sandwhich now i just like my bread loaded with veggies. The the double chocolate cookies are awesome. Read more
My experience with Subway on Suitland Road was not the best. I was approximately 5 o'clock p.m. and I had a 6 inch tuna on... whole wheat bread. The bread was barely baked, very much like doe. Most of the chairs were on top of the table. This made mefeel as if they were preparing for closure. I sat in to eat as I waited for some car services to be performed on my car fromacross the street of the Subway. Two young gentlemen came in, ordered and sat down to eat. The young lady working behind thecounter shouted out to the guys as she bobbed her head and rolled her kneck, " put the chairs back up on the table when youfinished eating, like I had them". I was stunned with disbelief that an employee would treat a customer in this manner. Does shenot know that if it weren't for the customers, she would not have a job. I felt so uncomfortable after that, I threw out mysandwich and my drink and left the Subway store. Not good!!!!! Read more
Excellent service! Fast and he wasn't shy with the meat and even offered more lettuce! Highly recommended.
