They were busy but did a good job helping you. Staff was friendly while moving you along.
I came in tonight and it was 40 minutes before closing time. There were two teenage girls helping customers. I asked for the... restroom key because my mom needed to use it. They claimed someone was in there and made my mother wait about 10 minutes beforethey took a look and gave me attitude while looking for the key. My mother explained that the restroom was in disgustingconditions and that there was no toilet paper available. As my husband and I ordered our 3 subs they were rushing us to get usout of there. They claimed that they never had barbecue sauce for one of our subs when I have ordered it for my little brotherfor the past 7 years. I was annoyed by their attitude at that point. An older gentleman walked in asking for a meatball sub andthey looked at each other saying that they threw out the meatballs already. As we were leaving they had already closed one ofthe exit doors and turned off the ?Open,? light sign. This was around 9:40 pm clearly 20 minutes before closing. Anothergentlemen had walked up to the door and it was closed. I don?t know if he was able to get in or not. I was so dissatisfied bytheir work ethic and customer service. I truly enjoy coming to this subway but from now on I will only come when there?s adultsworking. I hope these girls learn to be more respectful. Read more
Super friendly staff. They offered to assist me to the door on my cane. The food is very fresh and tasty.
