This jack in the box is by far the best I have been to from the quality of food to the customer experience hands down the best!!
Food was horrible. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil & burger tasted & felt like it was boiled or microwaved.... Couldn't even finish the food. I just tossed it. My son said the same thing about his from this order. Also waited in lineabout 20 min just to get it... definitely not worth it. Read more

I arrived there at 7:40 pm and walked inside, after waiting approx 4 minutes at the counter I was finally addressed by a elderly... lady that informed me that " the lobby was closed." That's 20mins before the posted time! Went through the drive thru (very longand slow) I ordered egg rolls and tacos with soy sauce and taco sauce. Was asked if the screen was correct to which I repliedno, it said sweet and sour and nothing about taco sauce. Finally got to the window and reminded taco and soy sauce. "No problem" was the response. When I got home I had 14 sweet and sour sauces and no taco or soy sauce!! ???? Read more
When the Open sign is on I assume you?re open. I went through drive through and was told they can?t take my order because they... are short staff. Ok I get it, I worked fast food. But if it?s that bad don?t be open. You can?t take orders but you?re open??We?re open but I can?t give you ANYTHING.? Now you?re just wasting everyone?s time. Read more

Went in this morning at about 7:30am. Worst experience ever, was told by the employee that he could not take my order until... someone else came in because he could not do it all alone. I asked if he could atleast take my order and I?ll wait he said no hecan not. That I would have to wait until the next employee came in at 8am. What is the point of being open if you can not servecustomers. Very unprofessional. Read more
