This jack in the box is by far the best I have been to from the quality of food to the customer experience hands down the best!!
Food was horrible. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil & burger tasted & felt like it was boiled or microwaved.... Couldn't even finish the food. I just tossed it. I arrived there at 7:40 pm and walked inside, after waiting approx 4 minutes at the counter I was finally addressed by a elderly... lady that informed me that " the lobby was closed." That's 20mins before the posted time! Went through the drive thru (very longand slow) I ordered egg rolls and tacos with soy sauce and taco sauce. Was asked if the screen was correct to which I repliedno, it said sweet and sour and nothing about taco sauce. Finally got to the window and reminded taco and soy sauce. "No problem" was the response. When I got home I had 14 sweet and sour sauces and no taco or soy sauce!! ???? Read more
