Yesterday evening, I contacted the wing stop (16525 Lexington Blvd Unit 120 Sugar Land, TX 77479 United States )regarding an... incorrect order. The wing stop team member then hung up in my face twice while cursing. I proceeded to take the food back to thefacility and was assaulted by the team member although I received a refund after the assault I was very disrespected. Icontacted the wing stop at 12:29pm the next day and Rosie the store manager said she would give me a call back in 20 minutes andI never received a call. My spouse called from her number regarding the matter and Rosie stated that the General manager Luis isnot available in the store only comes two days out of the week. When I requested his contact information she refused to give theinformation and said she would give a call back in 20minutes after she reviews the footage. The matter is being handledcompletely unprofessional and no one has gotten back in touch with me to resolve the situation. Read more

Ordered 15 wings for 2 meal Get to store and realize no dip with order, they?re not anting to charge me 3.39 extra for dips?..... ok the meal for 2 is 23.99 ask for refund to change order because I wanted 15 for 2 meal not just the wings individually butneither of the young ladies working at store can refund and correct order. My family was visiting for Christmas and we ordered Wingstop from the Lexington location for dinner on 12/26. We picked up the... order around 9:00 and by the time we brought it home and ate it was about 10 and we noticed the wings were incredibly dry superrubbery and very chewy. They closed at 11:00 so it was too late to call and go back there. I figured I would call first inMonday morning on 12/27 which I did and I had the worst experience with the employee there that answered the phone. He was so sorude so unhelpful and repeatedly kept telling me the same thing over and over again which is that I should have called the nightbefore. I told him it was an hour before closing and I did not want to turn around and come back after I had already come andpicked the wings up and brought them home. We barely ate them and I took a picture of the rest before we threw them away becausethey were so inedible. He said the manager wasn't there and I should have called last night despite me explaining the situation.He literally hung up the phone on me. I called back three times after that and he did not answer my call at Wingstop. I'm goingto post a picture of my phone logs And these terrible wings. It's one thing to have the food not made right It's another to havesuch horrible customer service. I would never give them my business again!!! Hands down, this Wingstop is the best location I have ever been around Houston. Everyone's attitude was awesome and they keep... this place super clean.
