First, I waited 15 minutes to get my regular burger with cheese. I thought they might be busy. There were only 2 cars in front... of me though. I live 1.2 miles away from this location. After I got my burger, I rush home because I was hungry. It takes meless than 5 minutes to arrive home. Guess what, when I open the bag, the burger was clod. Yes, cold. the cheese was not meltedat all. I mean not at all. I doubt they purposely waited 15m for the burger to cool down before they hanged it to customer. Read more

I went inside to order and they were short staffed , I stayed on the line for 5 minutes and I was see the line is barley moving... and the cashier is frying fries and chicken strips !!!!! I understand being short staffed is difficult, but being rude, especially interrupting someone asking for a simple thing such as... ketchup is unacceptable. We went through the drive thru and we only got a few ketchups for a larger order (not shocking afterbeing interrupted.) So I parked and went inside to get more. However, I was rudely told extra ketchup was 42 cents, which isFALSE - this is Whataburger! I didn?t want to argue over such a minute thing, but I am shocked at the audacity. If you?re in thearea, I suggest visiting a different Whataburger. ???? Read more

Sat at the intercom to order for over 2 minutes just waiting and waiting. Sat at the window with four cars in front of me and it... took 10 minutes for them to tell the first car to move up and they didn't even receive their order. At the next car, it wasseven minutes and counting and they still hadn't received their order when I drove off. Seems the average wait time was wellover 10 minutes per car. I don't know what they had going on, but there was no communication. Who knows how long I would've beenin that drive through if I hadn't driven off. Read more

7/25/22 about 5:20 pm i checked in for curbside and I saw the cashier African American young male step near the door and look at... me but never came out with the food. So after 10 min and no other car parked outside and maybe 1 at the drive through I wentinside and the skinny African American girl and boy just joking about getting me my food. I am a Whataburger frequent customerand I travel for work so when I?m in this area I stop here. Lately this location has been having similar issues. Hope managementsees this and addresses the staff at least about customer service. When I was 18 my first job drilled how you are supposed tohandle customers and now the expectations are very low.
