As an ex-employee at this location, I know a lot of things that goes on in the back. You must be thinking that I got fired and... that I'm writing a bad review to get back at them. I'm the employee that would help you out if you were nice. Maybe if you wereextremely nice I would give you extra nuggets or free items if we were in a rush. However, I quit because of bad coworkers andschool. Firstly, the only good thing I can say about this location is that it is cleaner that most of the other locationsnearby. NOTE IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN, you should not eat here because fries and nuggets/chicken are fried in the same fryer.There are 4 managers at this Wendy's. Hiring manager(Mexican female- Grecia ), manager(Mexican man- German), manager(blackfemale- forgot the name but annoying), manager(Mexican female-Guanny). Guanny and German are both terrible managers and donothing. Grecia and black female care too much and will give good service, but will follow every policy so don't expect theservice I would have given. There were really no food issues. Everything was prepared pretty well. If you are wondering why yourburgers always looked smashed it's because of bagging it. If we didn't have to wrap it and bag it, then your burger would looklike it belonged in a commercial. I have a ton of stuff to say, but I'm getting tired so just stay away from online orders,fries(fryer doesn't need to wear gloves), and the frosty's. Read more
Food was fine and service was quick and friendly. Only issue is that the dining room is closed. They only do drive thru.
This restaurant has great service and really friendly staff and people to take care of you when you are craving some Wendy's... fast food. The a location is great. It is in central Riverstone and it is quite easy to get to either by car or by bicycle ifyou live in the area. The restaurant is clean and it is a very well air conditioned. So if you're craving fast food in a cleancomfortable is setting, would definitely recommend going to Wendy's. Read more
Asked for ketchup for my order and the manager in trainee looked annoyed and another staff member help. It's just ketchup guys!... Please be kind to one another. By the way it was not in the bag. I asked nicely. It's going to be okay! Read more
We walked in at 11:30 am and restaurant was +84 degrees inside. It was cooler outside than inside. We asked for A/C to be turned... on and it did not come on until after we ate our meal. Manager was rude, food took a long time to get. Fries were too salty.Burgers and nuggets were not worth the wait or the price. I don?t understand how they stay in business. My last time eatingthere. I placed an order online and opted to pick up in store. When I got there at around 11:30AM, I tried opening the door at two... separate entrances but the doors were locked. The employees saw me trying to open the two doors there but didn't do anything. Iassumed that the dining room was closed still due to Covid. I went thru the drive thru and told them I was there to pick up myorder. When I got to the drive thru window, a female employee probably named Karen told me, "next time you select to pickup,you have to go into the store." The tone in her voice wasn't particularly friendly. I told her that the doors were locked andshe left to open the doors without apologizing to me. When I got home, I gave my son his order. The two burger patties in myson's order were still raw. I won't recommend going to this particular Wendy's. If their attitude doesn't kill you, their foodmay. Read more
$10 for a combo meal (smallest size option). Not sure if that?s normal but it?s seems a bit high for fast food? I went thru Wendy's drive thru for a quick lunch and when I took a bite I realized I was served raw chicken!! Unacceptable.... Please check your meat. Praying I don't get sick from this. Read more
