Staff here is unprofessional. I was at the counter waiting to order and the staff member closest to the order counter told... another staffer, who was leaning on the opposite counter looking at her phone and totally ignoring everything else, to take myorder. The coffee was good. This Starbucks is loud and noisy (staff banging things behind the counter) and the bathroom isdisgusting and looks like it hasn?t been cleaned lately. I will not be back. If I could I would have given 0 stars. I ordered white chocolate mocha got coffee with whipped cream and they gave me hot... chocolate. This is not the first time that this happened!!! So disappointing! Read more

Mobile order processing is terrible. Went there to pick up mobile order estimated to be ready, waited for over 15min, reminded... them multiple times, and all people (over 5) came after me got their orders. I request this store to investigate why customersare intentionally left waiting and orders are not made in the order of time submitted. Read more

I have given the location on Trammel it?s last chance. 4 wrong drinks is MORE than enough. This location is simply PERFECTION!... Great service, quick drive through and my drink is always top tier!! Always looks amazing and tastes better every time! Read more

They never have the ?ingredients? for my drink. This has been happening for the past three times in a row which is ridiculous.... My order or drink is not complicated, it?s the iced chocolate shaken espresso. I also ordered a mocha cookie crumble, oh waitthey don?t have the ingredients for it either. Read more

If I said they were slow it would be way too nice. Have been to slow Starbucks but this one is by far the slowest. I could... have walked to the one in front in Kroger?s several times already. This is ridiculous! Had to wait forever for several carsplus the one in front that was obviously complaining forever. By the time we got to window no one was there and no coffee readyyet! Better training is needed also. The young lady taking our order did not hear part of our order and her response was?huh??. Had to repeat almost the whole order (2 drinks).
