I tried a new drink and it was veeeeeery niiiiiice. The staff here is always kind, quick, yet efficient!
There are baristas that know how to make the perfect Starbucks coffee, and then there's the baristas that don't do it as well.... At this location, I feel that the baristas take pride in and enjoy what they do because coffee has always been on the spot atthis location. I wish every location was the same. I know it doesn?t matter at a place like Starbucks. But I was there this morning and I got my drink, the worker handed me... something that wasn?t mine. I politely told her that it was not mine, and she was extremely rude about it. I know nothing willhappen or get done about it but yeah that was my experience. Read more
Another update on Sep. 8th.. I just love that location and the workers there. Great team! Update on August 25, I go now to... Cinco Ranch Katy location and they are fabulous. I love how energetic they are and very friendly. Thank you guys! Originalreview... I love that specific location (sugar land) and I love and appreciate the staff. I always get my coffee in my personalcup minimum once a day. Today I was in a rush, I grabbed my cup and forgot the lid. I didn't expect it would be an issue. Thatlady with a very judging tone when I asked for one, she said, "you don't have your lid!" She gave me one that doesn't go with mycup. I asked for the other one, she said that's all what she has for me. It's 10:30 am and she's out of lids already? Or she'spunishing me of not having my own lid. I was very disappointed and just threw it. Very unhappy with my experience today.Hopefully she changes her attitude. She's not paying from her own pocket to treat me that way. I?ve been holding off on this review for some time now. Mostly because I understand people have bad days, but tell me how the... barista with the pink hair always manages to be so rude every time I come. Yesterday was my last straw. I ordered my drinkonline. I had gotten light mocha drizzle on it. When I picked it up, it was caramel. Obviously this wasn?t a huge issue, but Iasked the barista if they could remake it and showed him that the sticker said light mocha drizzle. He looked at me in disgust,and then asked for the sticker back. I gave it back to him, and he came back moments later with my drink. I?ve been orderingthis drink from this same starbucks for years now. I think I know how it?s supposed to be. So of course, I was confused when Isaw that my drink was filled with mocha! I had only asked for light mocha drizzle. I didn?t have time nor the energy to ask foranother drink. I really couldn?t even drink it, so I left it as is. Later, when I went home I poured the drink down the drainonly to discover that 1/4 of the cup was filled with mocha! Honestly, that was pretty petty of him to do that to me. I?m quitefrustrated because I wasted $6 on a drink that wasn?t even good (not to mention the insane amount of sugar in it). Anyways, I?monly writing this review because this isn?t the first time that the barista with the pink hair has given me a terribleexperience. There was another time where I had went to this location to study. Terrible idea because the smoke detector keptgoing off. I had asked him what the noise was for, and he was like i don?t know you?re just gonna have to deal with it.Obviously I know he didn?t have control over that, but he could?ve been nicer and explained it. The other baristas here arequite nice. It?s honestly just this one guy I am frustrated with. That?s why I?m still giving this location a 2/5. This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the Sugarland area and I've been to a few. The baristas are always friendly,... professional and welcoming. The management goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. I work remotely so Irely on great wi-fi which is what I always get here. And, of course, the coffee is always fresh and served with a smile. Highlyrecommended if you're in the Sugarland area. Read more
