Busy store in a high foot traffic area. The same stuff as usual. The staff wasnt super friendly, but I'm sure that's related to... how busy this store was. I love this store location and it has the potential to be wonderful! Unfortunately it is not! . This place has gotten weirder... and darker ? In the place where there was a comfortable sofa with armchairs next to a large window, it is now a warehouse. Itused to be cozy, friendly customer service ? Now the manager always seems to be stressed and unpleasant. There is no longer alittle shop with beautiful and interesting things. It's a shame to see the potential of this store located in the heart of SugarLand not being explored. Read more

I asked for a white mocha cold no ice with whip cream. And he put ice in it and I informed him I ordered no ice. So he pours the... same drink out in another cup and adds a bunch of milk to fill the space. This drink doesn?t even taste like white mocha. It?smilk!!! I have to say Ive always been empress with Starbucks customer service but on this pass Saturday morning around 10am me and... another customer came in to get a coffee and the server who name is Tracey said we have to come back in a hour I said I justwant a coffee she stated that she was not ready and to come back our go outside to town square. She was very rude andunpleasant so I did just that and they were very nice. I hope this gets resolved . Read more
