I was coming back home from work and I stopped at sonic to grab some quick food. I pressed the button to make my order, but we... had to wait for 25 min + and yet nobody showed up to even tell us anything. We even saw one of the employees leaving and yet noone came to tell us that they were closing. ( we were at the place 20 min prior to closing) !!! I went for lunch on Thursday the 5 of May 2022. There isn't one close to me but I really wanted a sweet tea with peach slush. I... wasn't real hungry but I ordered the foot long coney and fries to go with the Route 44 sweet tea with peach slush. Once again, Idrove a distance on my lunch break to get it. I love there slashes. When I got my ordered, the drink was a medium but I ordereda Route 44. So I told the car hop and she took it back. She brought me a Route 44. Because I was on lunch and had already spenttime getting there and having to wait for the correction on the drink. I tipped the car hop and drove off. Everyone know thefries are never hot so I started on eat them while driving, which made me thirsty. I grabbed my drink and took a swig. Wow. Itwas a regular drink. Not the slushy I drove all the way over there for. You talk about highly disappointed. I didn't have timeto go back so I was just stuck with something I didn't want. I live close to this Sonic and gave it so many chances over the years. However, I have finally decided to stop going forever.... Last Sunday, I waited over 30 minutes for my food (which I ordered on the app several minutes before I arrived). When I receivedmy food, the order was wrong and was cooked so horribly that most of it was inedible. I don't think the problems are from thecarhops. They always apologize for the poorly cooked food and long wait times. It has just gotten too frustrating for me. Read more
This location is the best I have experienced in a long time. Jose was kind and accommodating. There were only 2 employees... working and filled our big order for a family of 6 in no time. The food was delicious and eye appealing. It tasted air fried andnot greasy. The employees here deserve a raise and recognition. Thank you! Read more
