They need new employees! Nothing but kids working there and not doing their job right! We waiting for a good 5mins until someone... came on the intercom and instead of greeting us the person said our slushy machine is not working which my Husband was going toget, he told the girl/guy that if they can give us a minute so he can see what else to get, literally only took 2mins and hesaid okay he?s ready, they NEVER came back on to take our order and they can clearly see my car through the window and door. Wewaiting a good 10min, we tried to be nice and wait but after 10min and they clearly seen us, now that?s what were not going totolerate! We came up to the window and they acted like they didn?t see us. If you don?t like your job then quit! Don?t take itout on people that come to order. Mind you they were not busy at all. I understand companies are short staff but this is ridiculous. I hear the employees saying how they do not want to go to the... stalls and how they don?t have people to work. I paid way too much money to not get a completed order. I ordered on the app towait 40 minutes for my order. I don?t even care to call the store because I won?t get a response . If someone from corporatecontact me because I would like a refund. Read more

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. As a past sonic employee I understand somewhat slow service but the employees here are just lazy... and rude. I waited 10 minutes just for the them to answer the board. When she did she was practically yelling and rude. Then ittook another 20 minutes for 2 drinks! Not even ice cream. Just two fountain drinks. And I never got the option to pay on thescreen. I ended up leaving without my order. Went to the Eldridge location and was served faster than it took this one to eventake my order. Read more

I'd give a 5 star rating, however sonic needs to work on the app. My order disappeared from their orders, and the only way I got... my food was by showing my receipt. I spent almost an hour trying to get things sorted and to get my food. Read more

You suck past the point. I have visited with you all summer and I give up. If there are 2 cars in the stalls you can?t pick up... and take an order ever.I sit and watch car after car drive away without help. If you go threw the drive threw you have to honkto get you to take an order. It?s sad you are close and convenient. I have gone somewhere else and so have a lot of otherpeople. Bye Read more

Terrible management I ordered from the app and added a tip. I choose the ASAP option and waited outside for over 40 min. During... that time, no one showed up or answered the red ordering button. One customer went inside and got his drink. He got angry anddrove away. The drive through line was extremely long, and nobody was responding there. I went inside of the shop, and twoladies were inside. One of them said ?Uh-oh?. When I said I needed a refund, she said the manager is gone and that she couldn?trefund. She said that I would need to wait about 20 more minutes for the next manager. It was also a mess inside, with about 2dozen cups scattered all over the counter. I still haven?t received my refund. I ordered through mobile to be picked up at 8:35 PM. I did not leave with my order until 9:10 PM. I only ordered their new tater... tots and a slush. When I came home and unpacked the tots, I got what was in the picture. I waited nearly 40 minutes to receivethat. I tried to understand the long wait I am not upset about that. However, how do you look at those tater tots and still giveit to a customer? I?m honestly dumbfounded. The slush was also inedible.
