This is now my 3rd negative experience at 2 different locations. Terrible food. Terrible chain. Staff is apparently incapable of... doing anything about bagging up the wrong order. Literally anywhere else in the area is better Picked up an online order. Thename on the bag was correct, but inside was an order for someone named Paulette. The burgers were completely cold, dried out andthe cheese had completely congealed into a solid mass. The burgers we got also all had bacon on them my wife and her family areall Muslim so the meal was completely inedible even if we wanted to chance the old stale burgers we got. To top it off there isapparently nobody capable of issuing a refund and we have to complain to the corporate office to get our money back. Read more

Two star for nice staff and and interior. Food/price is zero star - regular burger (I ordered a mushroom swiss cheese burger... based on staff recommendation) is barely bigger than one in a kid's meal, very salty, fries and drink add another 10 bucks. Theyask for tips as well. Prepare 30 bucks for an average meal if you are not too hungry. Read more

Enjoyed the food here on a Friday evening! A can-go place and not a never-miss place! Burger was just about right...could be... better. The patty was little dry and fragile, and didn't hold together. Not the best burger I had but at the same time, notthe bad one either.. Read more

Shakes are trash, service was bad. Fat girl with red hair had an attitude for no reason I asked if the shakes came with toppings... and started mumbling under her breath. Double classic was small. Prices are definitely not reasonable. Could?ve went anywhereelse for better burgers and shakes. Only thing good was the smash burger fries with that olive oil. Read more

I hate to leave bad reviews but I only hope it saves people's time and money. It was our first time trying the place. We got 3... shakes, a small fry, and an apple juice. It came out to $25. Pretty pricey for shakes and shakes that had odd tastes to them. The fries were pretty small and plain tasting. I'm not sure what makes this a standout place but we guessed it had to be theburgers. We haven't tried them but we don't plan on coming back. Read more

My tastebuds are super happy! I ordered a double patty truffle mushroom and swiss burger and it was delicious! I was able to... share a regular fries and still be full. The workers were friendly and worked hard to keep the areas clean. For the size ofthe burger I felt the price was fair at about $9 for my double burger. Read more

Smash burgers are not the same as regular burgers. This is one of those places where you cannot deviate from a regular burger or... even a cheeseburger. When you start adding all the extras, you lose the integrity of the burger. I say this because I have triedalmost everything on the menu. The sweet potato fries are the best side. The strawberry lemonade is 99% ice and 2 sips lemonade. Also, they had Buffalo fries at one point and I?m not sure why they removed them. The children?s menu definitely needs to beexpanded. And just an FYI, if you want to save ~$20 in fees don?t order from DoorDash. They up charge all menu items and addridiculous fees when compared to every single other establishment. Read more
