Very nice kolaches. I hadn?t been to a Shipley's that had these Polish dough breakfast items. I tried the sausage and ham. The... ham type is thicker than I expected. The sausage type was more similar to frankfurter type. Dough was sweet and soft and tastesbetter warm. If you microwave at home, heat 10 or 15 seconds at a time. This dough shouldn't be overcooked or it loses itsexqusite softness. The doughnuts are similar to other chain types. However, the blueberry was full of filling that was enoughto please any blueberry fan. Very kind staff. This location has a drive thru. Read more

Shipley's has decent donuts, usually consistent. When the owners are on site, it's a wonderful experience. They are always very... nice with a smile on their face. But when the owners aren't there, the employees can be short and not helpful. Today I went toget my young children special donuts. I asked for pink donuts for my girls. I told the lady at the drive thru window, these arenot pink and she basically treated me as OH WELL and wouldn't help or offer any substitutes. Very upsetting for my daughtersthat were excited for the special trip. I have been supporting their business for years, but will now try out other donut shops. Read more
The recipe on these donuts are pretty dam good, I just stick to the basics as it delivers.
Sadly this place is starting to go downhill. Donuts look terrible, selection is dropping, and my daughter was "thrilled" with... her sprinkle donut crammed in the bag when I got home with it. Even the kolache bread tasted stale? Read more
The donuts and kolaches are great. The staff and their customer service is great too. I would say to remove the women glasses... from the window, because she's given me the wrong price if items 3 different times now. Other than that, they were very generousand wanted to make it up. I feel like this place can be hit-or-miss for service and products based on other reviews. Luckily I had two good... experiences. My first visit...I actually came for the chocolate filled donuts. Unfortunately since we did come later in theday, they didn't have much selection left. I was pretty disappointed. The lady behind the counter kinda felt bad and told me totry the chocolate filled chocolate donut and gave me a sample, said to come back if I liked it. Unfortunately, Ididn't. Nonetheless, I came back a couple days later. I believe the owner was behind the counter this time. And they had plentyof chocolate filled Donuts...well 4 of them, and I bought them all, as well as 8 others! I was going to order a coffee... But Iwasn't sure if it was fresh and decided to just get coffee at home. However the older gentleman went ahead and poured a cup anddidn't charge me. The customer service was quite exceptional compared to my experience at other locations. Read more
If I could give a 0, I would. I did a delivery order through Uber and half my order was missing. Also, the food was cold and... doughnuts weren't tasty. I called this store to see if they noticed they forgot to pack the rest of the order, and the lady whoanswered told me " You need to call Uber, there's not enough delivery drivers" What does that have to do with cold and missingfood??
