I went in to this location around 9 AM on 2/5/2022. Both the inside line and the drive thru line were very long (which tells me... this place is a great location). I ordered my donuts and unfortunately they were very cold. I had to get to work so I didn'thave time to do anything about it. Ate the donuts and they were still delicious even if cold. I took the survey on the bottom ofthe receipt to let them know of my experience. I was contacted shortly after by the owner of this location and we spoke out myexperience. I was blown away that they reached out as fast as they did. In 30 years of eating donuts from a variety of Shipley'slocations, this was the first time this ever happened. While the donuts weren't the best today, this owner showed me how much hetruly cares about his customers and his product. Will continue to patron this shop when I am able due to his diligence. The times here are not consistent. It says that they close at 6pm but I went there at 2:14pm and the open sign was on but the... lights were all off. This has happened quite a few times, not just once. A while back I remember it said it closed at 4 and Ishowed up at 3 and they were closed. Read more
I went to this location with my kids to buy some donuts. She was She made the first 6 with the using the paper to make them and... when she went to make the glazed donuts which were in the back she used her hands to fixed then and reposition it in the box. Iasked her to please remake the ones that she didn't use the paper with that she fixed with her hands. She refused so I asked forthe owner or manager? She them began speaking in Spanish to the other worker. I asked again for the store information sherefused and also refused my service. Doesn?t matter if it?s a weekend or a weekday the kolaches are never good compared to other shipleys like the one Reading Road... or Hwy 6. The kolaches breading is always dry and thin and just lacking. The donuts are stale sometimes. Read more
I?ve been getting donuts at this location for over 5 yrs! The staff is always in a hurry to get the order completed. I wish they... would take their time in completing my order instead of always feeling rushed. The drive thru is always busy here! Read more
They forgot our kolaches on our order BUT THEN we went back to get the missing ones and they gave us EXTRA KOLACHES ????
