I'm dropping Pizza Hut NOT THIS STORE LOCATION down to 2 Stars because after I called and talked to 3 Different Call Takers not... one of them could find this Pizza Hut location! So we could not order anything from this location which is the closest. I sent amessage to Pizza Hut Headquarters thru messenger and some replies "HAVE YOU TRIED ORDERING ONLINE"? Ordering Pizza Hut was easy. It was easy to customize it the way I like it. Price was comparable with other Pizza chains... (Domino, Pappa John, etc). It was easy to select pick-up time. Pizza was hot, and delicious at pick-up time. Great Place toorder Pizza. Read more
medium pan pizza never disappoints ???????????? pickup is always better too
After placing my online order at 8:17 PM, I received a text at 8:33 PM from PH to track my order. After almost and hour and no... pizzas; I called to check and was told it was a pickup order when it CLEARLY was not: and I even added a $6.00 tip for thedriver! Why would I add a tip if I've got to go get my own pizza????? So I had to change clothes and go get my pizzas and at10:23 I get another text telling me "Your order is out for delivery!" I have kept the texts if PH is remotely interested! Thisis the same kind of service I got the last time I ordered from this Hut (which by the way was 6 YEARS AGO!) and the same reasonwhy this Hut has a terrible rating on Google and the reviews on there have the same storyline over and over: Excessive delays;horrible customer service; horrible quality; wrong or incomplete orders etc. Don't understand how a major corporation like PHcan tolerate a franchise destroying its name and reputation like this. Hard; Cold and Dry is the only way to describe what Ipicked up. This Hut is ABSOLUTELY the worst excuse for a pizza place or even a food establishment! Read more

Terrible service. Nguyen the manager is terrible, messed up on the pizza that was suppose to be hand tossed. He won?t admit to... faults and wanted me to drive back to get my credit. They consider that a hand tossed pizza and not a thin crust. Read more
The location was ok before. However, today the wait was extremely long. The pizza was suppose to be ready by 5:05pm but didn?t... get it until almost 5:20. In addition, the topping was a lot less then usual. It was spread unevenly. Some slices don?t evenhave mushrooms. It doesn?t even taste as good as before either.
