Update 9/4/22: Same problems mentioned below. Consistently wrong and/or consistently late.... Year after year! This means that... corporate management has given up on this location. Go to another Papa John's location if you really want it. Domino's down thestreet is 10x better. Read more

The one star reviews are legit. I ordered a pizza with easy delivery instructions, drive gets lost somehow and food never... arrives. Either wait 30 more mins in the addition to the hour I already waited or cancel order. Cancel mine please, lunch isover and won't even waste my time next time. Read more

Listen to the other 1 star reviews. This papa Johns location sucks. Corporate should look into this store and it?s management.... My pizzas were inconsistently cooked and missing toppings. Where are the topping I paid for? Won?t be returning. Read more

Worst online delivery order experience ever. This store delayed the order for more than an hour. The store number did not work,... manager number did not work and Papa John?s customer care could not do anything to track down the order or cancel or refund theorder. Read more

The pizza at Papa Johns is usually great but not at this location. It?s cheaper to order online than in store about -$3 per... pizza. Front Desk is pretty Hardcore and want you to feel every bit of the ?we?re Super understaffed? feeling. Bad pizza, badservice, misinformation in price & fingerpointing. Management needs to take more responsibility. Read more

This place is the worst, go somewhere else, customers are treated like trash. Jennie the manager at the time no custservice... skills whatsoever. I order 3 meat pizzas. Paid $37 and what I get was 2 cheese pizza s. Not even 1 star. Get Little Cesar's orPizza hut. The wait for this trash is not worth it. Read more

Sigh...... not gonna lie. I like Papa John's. The product is good....unless it isn't. I do not want to order from somewhere... else. Unfortunately, my last order left from Papa John's store at time "X" and arrived to me 35+ minutes later. It was cold(shocker) still though....recoverable. So I called the store....and waited...some more. Finally got a manager on the phone. She was indignant that I was taking up her valuable time complaining that my pizza took 35 minutes + to arrive. I live 1 milefrom the store (less). I could have walked to and from the store in the time it took for the pizza to arrive. "What do youexpect, we are busy...could have been a lot worse." The problem isn't that the pizza was late....the problem is the manager'sresponse. Accidents happen. Value your customers. Throw in a pizza from time to time when someone takes the time to invest inyour product enough to call the manager. Half off coupon? Free pizza? Here is an idea....just simply apologize. Say "sorry,this shouldn't have happened." I will be ordering from other stores for awhile. I doubt Papa John's cares....but....I do. Read more

Awesome job and very friendly employee working all by himself running and making pizzas!!! I was very impressed how he handled... himself working all alone. He was a real trooper and very polite, he was so positive! Read more
