Good Food and service too. We arrived at 8:25pm and it seemed they were closed. My husband asked for a bagel but there was... nothing available. We noticed a plastic bag full of bagels sitting on the counter. Someone mentioned they were for donation. Doesn't seem to be a good business practice not to have any available for paying guests. I don?t know how the health inspector has not been addressed or come in to see the state of this... establishment .. it is 7:12 pm. in Texas.. those dishes have been sitting there for quite some time? the price for cream cheesewhich should come with the bagels is over priced almost $2 for a small cup.. employee even said themselves this place has wentdown.. and that their own perks have been taken away.. the fountain drinks either lack carbon or syrup.. they are not up tocorrect standards.. employees are not running this store no one is. Took my dad out eat... When we walked in we were not greeted but could hear the staff chatting in the back, not a biggie since I... had a job in food once long ago. Ordered, got out number placard & glasses. Once we got to the beverage machine... well see thephotos. This was a little after 6pm and 3 were completely empty, 2 were not circulating, a lid was off one, and then thescience experiment with slime was there. The one thing I've always enjoyed about Panera was the drinks... it set the mood forsure. I asked an employee about it and was told they were out. Not your best moment. I?m so disappointed in the service and quality I experienced here today. The drink was so watered down and tasted slightly... stale. When my order arrived they just tossed the baguette over other food items in the to-go bag. Instead of at least puttingthem in a separate bag for hygiene and presentation. As a heads up they have 2 ways you can order inside. They have kiosks or you can order with a person. The thing with the kiosks... is oftentimes by afternoon most of them are dead. I would probably put them on the charger after the morning rush so they willbe available by the lunch hour. Pretty good spot location wise.
