I?m just leaving this McDonalds on 11/14 at 6:30pm after being totally humiliated by a young male teenager. When I approached... the speaker I told the order taker at the first window a 4 digit code after the 3rd time repeating myself I asked him did hereceive the code he replied ?damn?. Im sure there is recordings so management can take proper action.There are people that valuethe area and I?m sure McDonalds company doesn?t pay anyone to use profane language on there clock. Food was stone cold. Couldn't even eat the burger. Tasted like it had been sitting on a warmer for quite a while. Fries were... the same. Also ordered an iced coffee that they messed up. Read more
I can't believe these people want $15 an hour when they can't get a simple order right or omit a slice of cheese off of a... burger. I regret not just sitting in the Drive-Thru and getting a refund for all of my food. Read more
Always fast service. Courtesy staff and customer care. If something is wrong, they are quick to find a solution to the problem.... Never any issues with the food and always comes out hot, or just made. Food is always fresh. Read more
I was under the understanding that every drink purchase at McDonald?s is eligible for 1 free refill, given that you haven?t left... the restaurant and a couple other conditions. Apparently, at this location, they don?t honor that for their frozen soft drinkoptions. Read more
Bought hot and spicy McChicken. No lettuce nor Mayo. Just chicken. Waited really long time too. Never come back.
The drive through was overflowing with cars, so I decided to save time and gas by going in for my food. MISTAKE!!! I saved gas... by not waiting in the looong line outside, but did not save time! The six people I saw behind the counter were busily fillingorders for drive through. Several people who walked from the take out area to behind the counter where I was standing didn'tacknowledge my presence. When I was finally noticed, my order was filled quickly and efficiently with hot, fresh food. Read more
