If you are thinking about here, don?t. There are SOOO many better options inside the mall itself. My complaints: - The milkshake... was bad. It had little to no ice cream making the shake taste like milk. - The service was bad. The people working there tookalmost 15 minutes to officiate my payment using two gift cards. After 15 minutes they came up to me and told me their machine isold and does not accept payment from multiple gift cards. - The price was through the roof. $8 for a 12 ounce milkshake wouldhave been forgivable if the milkshake tasted good. However, that was not the case. If I were to place an honest price, the shakewould not be worth more than $3 because a gallon of milk costs about that much as well and that?s all they used in my shake. Toconclude I will give you a two places that offer much better quality milkshakes: Heaven in a Jar and Alpha Desert JuiceCafe. For a drink in the mall I would also recommend the strawberry lemonade from Philly?s cheesesteak! If you are going towaste your money, waste it somewhere worthwhile! Read more

I took my family of five here for ice cream to celebrate the last day of school. When we walked in we were told we had to have... mask on. To which I replied, we don?t have any. She said you?re not allowed to be served unless you?re wearing a mask. I saidyou?re wearing a mask so you?re safe. And she replied my managers policy is you have to have a mask to be served. I politelyreplied we would take our money and spend it elsewhere and was treated to a scowling face. Folks it?s time to stand up to thisidiocy. Vote with your money. We went two Miles down Highway six to the mall area and had ice cream at Maggie moos and I wantto happily report no mask were required and they served great ice cream recommend that you try them instead of the Woke folksworking for the marble slab. I finally decided to try them. And although it was a little pricey, it was worth the treat. You get to pick a cone, the ice... cream flavor, and the (unlimited) toppings. It was easy to pick everything as they are there on display and clearly labeled. Thelady who attended to me was friendly and helpful. I paid with my credit card. Then I found a ?reward code? at the bottom of myreceipt. It turns out you can download their app and earn rewards. Very cool! Read more

My experience with today?s female staff/employee was vy vy bad. First of all she definitely lacks the spirit of serving the... customers with delight & I think this lady just needs some good customer orientation training/programs for better improvement ofself/store services. Otherwise, the store will loose their foot falls, for if they continue with her services. She was rude inanswering my queries (which were about ingredients of certain milk shake) and extremely busy listening to some music with herEarplugs/pods on and didn?t seem to be any delightful. Going by store products, I however took the ice creams as I didn?t wantto disappoint my lil one..Probably will think twice on making a visit to this store next time...sorry but Read more

This was the worst experience with employees ever. I tried to buy ice cream for my granddaughter and myself in this past Friday.... The ice cream was melted so my initial choice I did not want. The employee threw the ice cream back in the containers replyingall the ice cream was melted. I made another selection and moved down to the toppings. The employee started piling the toppingson top of the ice cream. Even though I asked they be mixed he did not. He waits on my granddaughter and literally throws down aspoon while putting toppings on her ice cream. I am standing there while another employee is mixing another customers ice creamand toppings and looking at the liquid mess he prepared for me. I asked my granddaughter did she want her ice cream and she saidyes. At this point I told the guy to only charge me for her ice cream and if he would provide me with his sore managers name. Herang me up and left. I waited a few moments thinking he would get me the number but he didn't return. I left ad sat down with mygranddaughter so she could eat her ice cream. Not more than 5 minutes later I realized the guy had call mall security. Therewere two black teens working at the ice cream counter on Friday 7-14-17 at 8:00pm. Their sole job was to flirt with girls andnot provide true customer service. At no time was I not within my realm to ask for a manager. To make matters worse - I took myother granddaughter and her boyfriend to the mall with me as well. They went to marble slab at 8:30 pm the same day - the tallblack guy pointed me out to my granddaughter and said "you see that lady over there,? I went into the freezer for ten minutesand came out and she had called the police on me." Why would he lie? this business is bad for business especially when youhave employees with different agendas working there. I have never been so embarrassed in my life and treated so shabbily.
