Our first time, we loved up at the counter and the kind employee explained our options. My wife had Dirty Mac (medium heat), I... had Cluck It Up Fries (hot). . Both were delicious, but she couldn't tell the difference between medium and hot when she triedmine. The fries had a lot of pickles, which added some sour notes and tempered the heat. .
