It took forever to get helped at the front counter, and they only had water bottles, and caprisun to drink. I ordered the mac... and cheese bowl and its like i ordered a bowl of greese, not to mention the restaurant is filthy from the inside, restrooms nosoap or papertowels. Read more
I never leave reviews, but somebody needs to shut this place down. I've visited this location 3 times in the last couple weeks... and every time they never have enough chicken to fill my order, nor were they willing to cook more chicken eventhough I waswilling to wait. Ordered food thru drive thru, girls were laughin and playing around. I waited almost 35 min for food. Was asked to replace sides... because she said the cook was not there and it ain't her problem. The chicken was very cold. They forgot my sides and my extrabiscuits that I ordered. I'm sorry but I think this will be the last time I go to KFC. If you want quality and hospitality doyourself a favor go dont go here. Read more
Their chicken sandwiches are great and a really good value. Right now it is a KFC/Taco Bell drive-through only (inside dining is... closed down). BUT the Taco Bell is closed and they have no signs outside telling you that...it was frustrating those people whohad to change their orders to KFC instead at the order window. This was June '21 and I wrote to them about it, but I don't knowif this has been fixed yet. Read more
I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips with mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and KFC sauce... I got 5 spicy wings, mashed potatoes, and... no sauce... after it was repeated back like 3 times... this is the.... fourth time my KFC order has been wrong at this location,and also not the first time that we've been met with a lot of attitude for just showing up. Went there on a weekday. Lots of seating available. Food is nostalgic for me. Will go again. I ordered again on GrubHub delivery... was very fast. The food was a little soggy when it came because they had it in the bag so I would recommend you reheat it withthe oven to make it crispy. Read more
