The service here is extremely poor. I?ve been here 3 times and haven't had a positive experience. My first visit, I came in at... 7:00 am on a week day, through the drive thru and the were closed. The staff was sitting in the office while a line was buildingand didn't not having the courtesy to tell people they were closed. My last 2 visit my order was incorrect. Lastly, she was sounpleasant. At the time of making this review, I have not been to another Jack in the Box location and probably never will. Out of all the... fast food places I have been to, just in Sugar Land alone. This spot is worst for customer service and work ethic. I understandthis location is understaffed, so I expect a long wait time and I am okay with that! As long as the order is correct. However, Iactually get my order pretty fast here but it?s always missing items, I receive incorrect items, or my food is cold. Jack inthe Box offers some great LOOKING menu items, but what you see is absolutely not what you get when it comes to breakfast atleast. I haven?t ordered from their main menu because I?m terrified of what I might get! The jumbo platter is absolutely tiny.Just go to McDonald?s and get the big breakfast with hot cakes. It?s the same thing and sadly, it?s 10x better for many reasons. Read more

I used to love coming here growing up, it has gone downhills for a while now but today was a straw that broke the camels... back. Clarified our order THRICE via drive-thru, we were charged extra for substitutes as well, and they still got our orderwrong. On top of that, made us wait in the parking lot for them to bring us the fixed order, they came back out and still had itwrong. It?s no big deal if it?s just myself or my wife, but when you have a crying baby in the car, it makes it infinitelyworse. Especially since we only came here for the convenience factor of it being next door to where we were. Figured eating onthe drive home would be peaceful, the opposite result occurred. Read more

The female crew leader was extremely friendly and had very good customer service. The food was good (not healthy) and I was... hungry. It could of been warmer and the veggies crispier, but it wasn't bad. Read more

Stopped in around 9pm on a week night. There were no other customers in the dining area. An employee saw me and came right up to... take the order. Didn't want soggy tacos possibly sitting under a heat lamp a while, so I ordered two without sauce so that theywould have to make them fresh. They came out with lots of shredded lettuce which I love because it balances the fat in themeat. As I was eating, noticed that the guy named Larry wasn't just standing around, waiting for customers to come in. He wasconstantly cleaning. I saw him wiping down the wall behind the counter. Then he came out and wiped down the wood trim in thedining room. I was impressed. He treated the place like it was his and he wanted it to shine. He was polite when I complimentedhim and said something like he wanted things to look nice. Jack in the Box bosses, he's a keeper that you should consider moving up as he really cares about the store! Read more
