I wish I had seen these reviews before I stopped into this location. The restaurant was clean enough, and our waitress was kind... and did a fine job, so that's half the battle. The food on the other hand just didn't taste right. The coffee was barely coffeeit was so watered down. I got a combo: 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns and french toast. Eggs were fine. Had to ask for the other 2pieces of bacon that was supposed to come with my order, but I stopped eating it because it didn't taste right. Hash browns arekinda hard to mess up. This mess they called "French Toast" is a disaster. The bread is hardly cooked and the stawberry stuff,I just suggest sticking with the basics, because it wasn't good. These places need to realize that their meals aren't $5.99 anylonger, and for $30 people are going to be a lot more picky about the meals they are receiving. Read more
We came in on a weekday for the 2 eggs + 2 slices bacon or 2 sausage links + 2 buttermilk pancakes for $5. The food is decent... but the service by Samar was outstanding! Those badges pinned on her uniform are for excellent service recognition. They provethat she is the best IHOP server in the Houston area! Read more
I love this location! ???? Out of all the locations I have to say this one always makes me happy. We usually come on a Sunday... after church. Yes, lots of people but around 1 it's great. The servers and waiters are so friendly and they sing sometimes haha.The food is always hot fresh and great. Coffee is hot! Our waitress Samar is the hostess with the mistress. Always so happy andcheerful and they always remember their regulars. Keep it up IHOP my mom and I love it.?? Read more
Unfortunately I have been in this place several times since I work nearby and the service is no longer so good, they take time... to give us a table and when they give us it they take up to 20 minutes to bring us the coffee and not to mention to take ourorder.. At first everything was great, supposedly they say "Build your own Plate" one time I asked for some pancakes with noblueberries and they told me that that could not be done they even took the manager to my table so that she herself confirmed itto me to stop going for a long time, last weekend we showed up again and it was the same ... Food came out. Service was great! Food can be better?
Everything was flavorless and tasted frozen, the syrup dispenser was disgusting, the coffee tasted like water. The eggs looked... and tasted like a health code violation lol. also got an upcharge on my bill because I asked for a substitution that I nevereven received with my food. Waitress was nice though and attentive, food was just disgusting and a waste of time and money. Read more
I had a horrible experience there very disappointed in the food and service I had to send the food back was nothing like the... menu stated and then open the syrup condiments up. Forgot food items that goes on top, inside and with your food had to explainmy complaint twice to two different managers. I took photos so no one would think I was making a false complaint. Firstly I?d like to say although the restaurant was very busy we were seated quickly. Our waiter Ady was quick, friendly and... efficient. Overall, the service given to the other patrons was exceptional. There was a waitress in particular that blew upballoons and entertained children waiting for their food. She was friendly & joyful. It was heartwarming to see that kind ofservice still around. I hope to see more of her when I visit. She definitely made the atmosphere a pleasant one! If I couldgive this place 10 stars I would.
