I'm not sure what happened to this location because I never had any problems with them until recently. I placed an order for... curbside pickup and followed the instructions as I normally do when I pull up to the parking spot. I texted "HERE" and theauto-response said someone will come out to deliver my food. 10 minutes went by, so I decided to call. The guy who answeredsounded completely lost. He said the order was ready and that he would bring it out. I waited another 5 minutes. No one cameout. I called again and finally someone came out to bring it to my car. The tracker on the Dominos website states that if theorder is not brought out within a certain number of minutes, the order would be free. I told the staff person about this, andshe told me that I needed to call 1-800-DOMINOS. So I called that number and guess what? The automated service says to CALL THESTORE to have the issue resolved. When I called the store, they told me I needed to call 1-800-DOMINOS. The management has noidea how to resolve a simple issue. They make it so hard to honor the free pizza offer that they just want you to give up. Ifilled out the feedback form online two weeks ago and still no response. It's absurd and sheer incompetence. I?ve never experienced anything like this before. I ordered a pizza and the driver acted as if he did not have the ability to... drive into the gate . I have never ever had a driver tell me anything like this before . As if I live in a troubling area . Foodwas not hot what so ever , for me to walk in the cold to the front of my leasing office just to get COLD FOOD AND HORRIBLESERVICE. He almost gave me the pizza without paying for it . If I wouldn?t have said anything, he wouldn?t have known due to himtrying to argue with me that they don?t drive into apartment gates . I order from here every week due to this being my momsfavorite place to eat and Again never had these type of problems with the food being delivered. My mom is truly upset about thisbecause of her being elderly, she doesn?t have the ability to Walk to the front so this truly upsetting to my family . Read more

My wife ordered a pizza 3:36 and it was delivered at 5:36. Unfortunately, a long wait like this has become the norm. The past... three times we?ve ordered a pizza on the app and waited multiple hours. This may be the last time we order from here. We?retired of giving money up front and waiting forever. Read more

This location is so inconsistent. I?ve had great pizza here before, but lately the quality has fallen off big time. My wife... wanted a cheese pizza and I wanted toppings, so I ordered a pan pizza with the toppings on only one side. Received with toppingson the entire pizza. It didn?t appear to have extra cheese like I asked for either. On top of that, everything was lukewarm andhad to be heated up in the microwave. Finally, the pan pizza does not taste the same as it used to me. The crust used to bethick and dense, and now it?s thinner and more airy. Close this Domino's or get a new manager. This is the second time i've had the same issue with no apology. The first time, the... call center copied my order incorrectly which the manager admitted has been a problem for them. The manager explained they wouldneed to pick up the pizza to correct the order and it would take 2 hours to re-deliver. I let her know we were too hungry towait again and let it go. The second time, I ordered online so the call center wouldn't mess up my order and toppings listed onmy receipt STILL came up missing. I called and was told again by the same manager, they would need to come collect the pizza andit would take 2 hours, mind you I live 5 minutes away exactly. I suggested making a managerial call as to writing my name downfor next time or re-delivering and letting us keep this pizza because my family was hungry! I even offered to take a photo forproof of wrong order to help keep the "inventory" she emphasized was most important. Customer service goes a very long way andthis store severely lacks that, specifically the manager Krystel Garcia. She was more comfortable refunding my full order,taking back the cash tip I gave her driver, and having me pick up the new order. As I said, I live 5 minutes away and my orderwas now about $18 cheaper so I made out okay but, as I told her in person "Customer service goes a long way". I suggest hiring acompetent manager.
