Horrible customer service! I went to pick up pizza for a friend and they forgot to give me a pizza. We called to complain and... ask if it could be delivered and they refused. We asked if we could at least be compensated with something for the drive we hadto do again and they refused! Read more

Reluctanly (I say that because I have not yet had a good experience at this place) I placed a delivery order at 10:40 pm. I was... told that it would take 21 minutes to deliver it. I live 3 minutes away but I was not in position to pick it up. The pizza wasdelivered at midnight and it was warm, not hot. They had no urgency on delivering this pizza. This location deserves 0 stars, always messes up the order. We request Uncut and they ALWAYS cut the pizza and then they make us... wait while they remake which defeats the purpose of ordering before hand.Enough giving business to this location. I've been coming here for yearsssss. I've NEVER had a problem with the staff and my pizza is always delicious. Well today I had... an encounter with a lady I'm not familiar with. She is petite, nose ring, and large green earring in her ear. When I entered shewas mumbling something under her breath but didn't repeat it when I told her I couldn't hear her. I realized she wasn't upsetwith me but with a coworker whom was in the prep area just before I entered the store. She took my order, then I had to watchher angrily prepare my food.
