I was doing some shopping at the mall and we passed by the Cinnabon, we were greeted and then the gentlemen proceed to take my... order. Very Rude Guy behind the Register- No Customer Service We bought a Classic Cinnabon and as we were about to finish it, the... inner core of the bun was still raw. we could see that the dough was still raw, i took it back to the cashier, who talked to thethe other guy who was on the phone. the guy on the phone asked him to throw it away and told me to wait for 4 min as a new batchwas getting ready. after 4 min the guy was done on the phone and brought a smaller size cinnabon to us and said very rudely thatall of his Cinnabons use a fixed temp, and if you look at this one, from the center this looks the same as the one that ireported to be raw. i replied to him that no this one looks good, the one that i brought back was raw, he kept arguing that no,all of the buns are done on the same temp, so if i want my money back he will refund it. i said that i don't need my money backi will take this Cinnabon. he was very rude and argued that i was at fault. i simply asked him to refund my money even thoughthat was not the intent. that guy needs some professionalism. his rude behavior left a bad taste. this was on July 1st at around3:28 PM Read more
I have been visiting Cinnabon in the first colony mall for several years since I moved to the area. They use to be located on... the food court but are not in a kiosk type setup in the main hallway of the mall. I have visited this location twice in the lastweek and have been very pleased with the service and the food. The employees are very nice and helpful with taking my orderquickly. The several cinnabons I have eaten recently were all warm and dripping with frosting. Overall I am happy with thislocation and will continue to visit. Read more
You get what you expect from a cinnamon roll here with pretty good customer service. Note: I got the pecanbon roll too (think... that's the name) and don't recommend getting both. The pecan one is just the classic one with caramel drizzle and pecans on top.Still prefer the classic one. Read more
