So this was my Chick-fil-A of choice because service used to be on point. Last night I did an online order of two side salads... and 2 bowls of chicken tortilla soup. I get home and instead of tortilla strips I have crackers. Needless to say I call therestaurant and spoke with someone who took the transaction number and told me since it was just the tortilla strips missing theywould replace the strips and give me a cookie for the inconvenience. I went back this evening to collect my strips and theyacted as though I was was asking for a free meal. The questions:who did you talk to? What?s the transaction number? Do you havethe original receipt? All for some that should have been in the bag initially. The only reason I went back was because I didn?teat the soup because of the missing strips. I usually think Chicfila has some of the best employees for a fast food chain. This one didn't have the same smiles on people's... faces. Many times chicfila employees have made my day but not this time. Read more
Been here a few times for take out. Efficient, friendly, and orders have been correct. They have 2 lines for drive thru and... there is usually someone standing outside where they take your order and payment if youre paying by card which is nice. Read more
Not sure if this location is under new management// or just poor quality team members working there- but lately every order is... missing an item, my catering orders for business lunches have been inconsistent, the inside bathrooms were unkept (filthyactually!) something is always left off? Better training, or more employees, or better management is needed, because they arefailing in several areas as of late. Read more
Absolutely horrible the phone line was busy from 4 50 when I called to 7:45 pm . How do you call to let them know they forgot my... food in my bag! So frustrating! 9357789 was my order number and a chicken sandwich wasn?t put in my bag so one of my familymembers didn?t get to eat and I had to go to another place. .I need a refund , cause now?. Came here last Friday during lunch time. Everything in my order tasted great until I tasted the lettuce and tomatoes on my... sandwich. It tasted outdated and smelled like it was washed by rain water or it wasn't washed thoroughly. I thought that wasit.. until I saw a dead fly on my lettuce. I put it on the side and took a pic of it. This location is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. You will be missing things from your order 50-60% of the time. They just can?t... seem to get it right. Haven?t had this experience at any other Chick-fil-A. Read more
