So this was my Chick-fil-A of choice because service used to be on point. Last night I did an online order of two side salads... and 2 bowls of chicken tortilla soup. I get home and instead of tortilla strips I have crackers. Needless to say I call therestaurant and spoke with someone who took the transaction number and told me since it was just the tortilla strips missing theywould replace the strips and give me a cookie for the inconvenience. I went back this evening to collect my strips and theyacted as though I was was asking for a free meal. The questions:who did you talk to? What?s the transaction number? Do you havethe original receipt? All for some that should have been in the bag initially. The only reason I went back was because I didn?teat the soup because of the missing strips. Been here a few times for take out. Efficient, friendly, and orders have been correct. They have 2 lines for drive thru and... there is usually someone standing outside where they take your order and payment if youre paying by card which is nice. Read more
