I would give zero stars if I could. This is consistently the worst Chikfila of all the ones I visit. Staff are not helpful,... orders are frequently wrong, lines are very long even during off hours. They are so consistently bad when I tel my kids we aregoing to Chikfila, they ask which one because they don?t want to hassle with this location. Read more
This place has been deteriorating little by little. First they would forget my sauces with my order, no big deal I have some... extras at home. Next, they started missing food in my order, no complaint, it happens everywhere. The cherry on top that made mewrite this review is, I placed a mobile order for curbside and got to the store at 5:19pm. 20 mins later, nothing. 40 minuteslater, still waiting. People next to me were getting orders and leaving. I go inside and ask a kid for the manager, noacknowledgement. Minutes later I see the manager pass and I have to get his attention by yelling. I showed him the receiptsaying I was missing my order and I?ve been waiting for almost an hour at this point. No apologies, no emotion, manager even hadthe audacity to ask me if I was sure I placed the order at the correct restaurant when he just had seen the receipt himself. Helater came back to say they had received it and didn?t know what happened to it and they were going to have to redo it so theregoes more time wasted. Again, no apologies, no asking if I need anything else, no emotion. Finally, a kid working there gave memy order and no words came from his mouth either. Very poorly management at this CFA. It?ll disappoint you coming here. EvenMcDonald?s down the street has better control of its restaurant and their standards aren?t even high. Read more
Great food. Only reason I dislike this location is because it can take upwards of 30 minutes to finally get your food. The drive... thru wasn't thought out greatly, and is just congested the entire time. People that aren't going too often tend to forgot how toeven get to the line and start to skip others that have been waiting for a while. Read more
If there is any possible way to better navigate the lines and parking, that would be wonderful. Custom orders usually aren't... done correctly. We keep that in mind before going to this location. One huge plus, we actually sat inside this location forbreakfast on Saturday 10/15/22 and the assistant manager working that morning was extraordinary at managing and leading theteam. High five to her! If I knew her name, I'd include it. *I originally gave this location 3 stars, but bumped it up bc of herleadership and professionalism. Came here during my lunch break today for the first time. Worst chick-fil-a I?ve ever been to. Ordered online and my add ons... were forgotten, sauce forgotten, wrong cheese, my bun is SPOILED (do they bother to look at what they?re preparing??) and ittook a solid 25-30 minutes just to get through the drive thru line. I thought they were known for re-inventing the drive thru?No thanks. Read more
Ordered a breakfast bowl eggs were runny and there was no utensils. Guess I should have just gotten the burrito.... Misses but... never hits the spot location has problems with consistency. At least the sun finished cooking it for me. ???? Read more
Not only do they need to clean their trash bins they need to empty them more often like this one in their drive thru.
This location is probably the slowest and poorest run location in the area. That being said they used to be good for breakfast... but I can?t even say that after my latest experience. They were out of coffee at 8am and asked me to wait in one of the pick uplanes. This is fine as I?m a relatively patient person. I waited a full 6 minutes and no one came out to hand me my coffee so Idecided to leave. I had gone to vote before I came here and I was in and out in 5 minutes. There is no excuse to run out ofcoffee during peak breakfast time and it shouldn?t take 6 minutes to make. I definitely won?t be back at this location as mymorning was definitely ruined by the lack of care. Read more
