Great place and very fast . The food was delicious ???? and awesome customer service.

I had ordered through app my order came out wrong so I called to let the manager know that there were missing items and my... sandwich was made incorrectly they said call in the morning because there was no Manager available that nighr. So I did Icalled and spoke to a manager who was nice and understanding I just wanted what I ordered. He told me to come in and he wouldremake the whole order. I told him I would by after work. Cool no problem it's the person and the crew that I came in contactwith. He was so rude. Thought I was lying had my receipt like the morning manage asked me to bring in he kept laughing and keptquestioning my order. So he takes my receipt has then redo my order. Which I was still missing the drink ans fries because thatwould have been the complete order.I get my order they laugh as they give it me. My order was a small chicken Philly witheverything and a extra order of fries not the fries that came with the meal. I get to the car. It was the sloppiness of my orderI barely had a complete order of fries my sandwich all the topping were place on top of the little fries I had. To say I wasdisappointed. All I ask was for a complete order of the right food. And to try to make me out a liar I don't take nicelyespecially if management is the one who said to come back. Read more

Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki combo with a Large Sprite. Apparently, the cashier is supposed to give you your drink right after you... pay. I guess she forgot to give me my drink. I wait for my food and then wait a little since they haven?t given me my drink. Irealize that they forgot. So I tried talking to the cashier. Which was a heavy set woman. She wasn?t paying attention. So Italked to the cook and he had to get her attention to give me my drink. There is a little bit of a crowd around the frontregister where you order. She proceeds to put my drink where I could not POSSIBLY grab it because of the large crowd. Then sherealizes that I can?t get it and then hands me the drink. I?m not sure if she was just stupid or just wanted to give me attitudethat I was politely asking for something I PAID FOR. I understand the fact that my drink was forgotten in the first place.Mistakes happen. I get that. The thing I don?t understand is how much of a attitude people give me whenever they screw up. Thecook was very nice. The heavy set woman was not. It just ruined the whole experience for me. It reminded me of why I alwayschoose the Chinese restaurant since they are always nice and don?t give me attitude. If you want my advice. Always make surethey give you your drink right after you pay. There was an older heavy set lady at the register that was very rude and unprofessional. I was having trouble with my card and... was trying to figure out what was wrong with it while nobody was behind me or waiting in line. I really enjoy this place and have eaten here tons of times. However, today we placed an order online and they said they didn?t... get it(this is the first out time of 7 online orders we have placed in the past). Spoke with the cashier and she said call theonline service. Well guess what, they don?t have a phone number online and it says to speak to the local charley?s, which theytell me to go online?..A huge foul on the online service.
