Great service! I do have say about these timing ?complaints? shouldn?t even be on here when there are signs BY THE DOOR that say... their store hours. I guess people are either too lazy to read the signs or aren?t observant enough to see them. Before peoplesay ?the signs weren?t when I was there? I go there all the time and those signs have been there for MONTHS! A note to Google:please be on top on whoever is in charge of changing store hours. I asked the people behind the counter about the hours andthey?ve been trying to change it for a while and apparently Google isn?t doing their job. Read more
They close at 9pm currently. But they are super customer friendly. The ice cream is delicious!
Fortunately we live between two Baskin Robbins and we normally go to the one on Highway 6. Happened to be in the area and went... back to this one with my youngest. Disappointed: only two freezers and they had run out of many flavors, store was crowded andthe blender was not working. Proprietor seemed miffed that I only ordered a vanilla ice cream ?is that all??. Well, if you hadmore flavors or your blender was working I would have ordered something for myself. Read more
Awesome ice cream and GREAT service!! Every time I come in I am greeted with a warm welcome. The sherbet Ice cream is my... favorite. Very good! The atmosphere is cheerful and clean. Especially during this pandemic they take taking socially distancingand cleaning to a high standard. Read more
My son and I went to get ice cream from this location however the location was due to close up at 9:00 pm. As we were pulling in... I noticed a customer standing at the door at 9:01and I watched the employees unlock the door for him and allowed him to ordersome ice cream. So we immediately entered the building as well since she was allowing him to order assuming that we would betreated the same way. Well, to my surprise I asked were they still open and she replied NO we?re closed, which really upset meconsidering that I had just watched her Reopen the door for the white customers seconds before we entered the building! I?m anAfrican American woman and The moral of the story is people should treat everyone the same and stop picking and choosing who tocater to. Treat people fairly! I?m really not surprised though This was just another example of racial bias and white privilegeto show my son. Read more
HORRIBLE customer service! The teenage Indian girl was with two other employees and was extremely RUDE to me. She asked me ... repetitive questions and yelled at me that my ice cream was ready instead of handing it to me like a decent human being, not tomention she was whispering about me to the other girls and laughing. I called to get ahold of the manager and there was noanswer! Definitely wouldn?t recommend this ice cream place to anyone who values customer service. ???????? Read more
They don?t even have a cup holder. I ordered couple of shakes for carryout and all the way home I had to focus on the drink in... case It doesn?t fall. Ridiculous! Read more
