Watching paint dry would be faster than going through the drive-thru or ordering from the counter at this BB. The employees at... the establishment can?t spell ?urgency? much less move like it. It?s a shame because the snow cones are tasty. However, if Ican have a gourmet meal made for me 45 mins faster than what it takes to crush ice and apply flavor, I?m skipping this Bahamatrip. Never go through the drive through. They skimp on flavor and your a miles away when you find out the bottom half is just ice
I pulled into the drive thru, placed my order, then the girl taking my order tells me that she just wants to let me know that... it's going to be about a 20 minute wait. I told her to cancel my order. The only car in front of me placed their order about aminute before me. As I pulled away from the speaker, the car in front of me was receiving their order. Read more

The sno desserts are amazing but it takes forever to get one. There seems to be no structure to the assembly of flavored syrup... and shaved ice in a cup. My order was messed up and I was told "sorry, she just made it that way." My mom's order had the wrongflavors and I had given up fighting to get my order correct. They should have at least one responsible adult on staff to handlethese types of issues. Read more
Not at all busy. But still managed to wait 30 mins for one item. Run by kids who don't know what sense of urgency is. Then when... I got the drink it wasn't made like the pictures, skimmed on the product. Read more
Consistently understaffed. Long wait times and overwhelmed staff. I usually see only 1-2 people max running the entire shop.
