Very poor customer service. Went to get the free pretzel for your birthday, but since the app gave me a code they say they... ?couldn?t do anything without the code? but as someone who has worked retail, as anyone who has worked retail knows, that?sabsolutely a pack of lies. The guy behind the counter could have done any number of things to ensure a happy birthday customercontinued to purchase from this location but nope, he decided it wasn?t his problem, he didn?t care about the customer at all,he didn?t feel like trying to ensure continued business. He just said you gotta move out of the way and wait. Absolutely rude.Absolutely not friendly, not helpful, just plain awful. Go else where. The average wait time at this Aunty Anne?s is literally 15-20 minutes. The time you spend waiting in line for a pretzel is... equivalent to the amount of time you would wait in a fancy Chinese restaurant. This place is terribly understaffed andunorganized. Your legs and feet will hurt by the time you get to even place you order, on top of which you wait more for them tomake your order. Not to mention, the cashier is like 12-13, which I?m pretty sure is illegal in Texas. The only reason thisgets two stars is because the pretzels are always delicious ???????? Read more

5 people working there, pretty sure no one was over 18. The cashier looked like he was 12. Three girls standing around chatting... in the back while the line kept growing. Where's management?? Read more

Two stars because a 13 year old boy served me and I think that?s great. However, even for his age he lacked any social skills or... enthusiasm. I don?t think he ever even talked to me. He could have been deaf, idk. Okay, whatever, but take a look at thepretzel (or pieces) I received. When you pay like $4, you kind of expect there to be some standards. Unfortunately, this was thebest service I?ve received at this location. Last time I filled out the survey on the receipt (almost a year ago), was contactedby the manager who appreciated my feedback and promised to send a free pretzel voucher, but never did. The service was very slow and when I finally got my pretzel bites, it was cold and very soggy at the same time. I tried to eat... it because I really wanted it but I gave up after two bites. I won?t be returning to this location. Read more

I went there on 5-23-2021 around 4-5 pm and one of the workers touched her hair, phone, pants, and wiped her nose with her... hands. She did not change her gloves after doing all that and continued to touch the dough and weenies. I am currently pregnantand ever since I ate there I feel sick to my stomach no it?s not my symptoms I?ve already passed that stage. I have a headachethat has not gone away and I threw up everything almost immediately after eating it. I am complaining tomorrow to corporate andthe managers. Also the employees look to be 15.
