We placed an online order and the food was to be ready in 20 minutes but they were busy with only 2 younger guys. A couple of... friends were in front of me heckling one of the guys and giving him a hard time but the employee somehow remained professionalthrough it all. I waited 45 minutes in-store but the guys were working hard. Nice job, considering they were understaffed fortonight. Read more

Got my sandwich drove home and it tastes great! A young fine gentlemen took great care for me as their customer. The best part... is, my subway sandwiches were delicious. The satisfaction feeling after a full good meal. Read more

Just went to this location and I wont go back again. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a bowl. It took forever to have everything made.... The lady making the food did not make eye contact and the distain she had was obvious. Did not change her gloves betweensandwiches unless she was asked. She smeared mayo from her gloves all over the outside of the bread on one of the sandwiches andthen I asked her to change her gloves. Asked for cucumbers on a footlong and got 4. If I could give zero I would. Ordered curbside pickup at 10:45 to be ready at 11. Hit the ?here? button at 11, and no one came... out. Came in at 11:05 and was told they needed 5-10 more minutes. No apology. I asked her to cancel the order and was toldno, that she wasn?t a manager and couldn?t. She also said that she was all alone (dude standing right next to her). Then gotmajor attitude while she was on her headphones on a personal phone call complaining about having to be at work. It took anadditional 20 minutes to get my food and it was shoved at me, and again with no apology. I?ve come to this location for yearsand never had service like this. Never again. Read more

This location DOES NOT TAKE COUPONS. Not very friendly at all when I entered the location. As soon as I was walked in. The... young lady noticed I had a coupon. No hello, no greeting, no thank you for coming.. i probably would have made a purchase hadshe not been So Rude!! Barking No coupon. No coupon. I DO RECOMMEND! WILL NEVER COME BACK. I had a coupon that was a few days expired. I didn't have my glasses and the lady behind the counter told me it was expired and... said SHE'D GET FIRED if she took it! I don't blame her, and that's fine if they don't take it (which they should really...a fewdays? come on...) but fired? And I believed her and felt bad. The owner sounds like an awful shrew of a man. I won't come back.There's way too much competition in this space to have such an awful manager/owner. Read more
