Staff is not friendly. They did not even greet us when we walked in the store. Ice cream flavors did not look appetizing. A lot... of candy and ice cream with food coloring. I would not take my family here again. Read more
Ice cream and service is great but they always seem to be out of supplies. Mostly lids. I usually get mine to go or like to get... a pint or two of my favorites since stock is switched out and they might not have it the next time I visit, but they are alwaysout of lids. The staff is very friendly and helpful and have most of the time been able to make due by taping smaller cups ontop. It just makes storing and accessing the ice cream at home a bit of a hassle. That being said, I haven?t tasted a flavor Ididn?t like and wish the peanut butter flavor was always available because it is amazing. Read more
The shop looks cute, but the goods are overpriced and not worth it. The chocolate covered pretzels tasted terrible. They were... stale. The chocolate had no flavor. I tried the white chocolate and the milk chocolate. I tried the ice cream as well. It wasokay,, but nothing special. Poor customer service. So many delicious options! The one scoop butter pecan ice cream in the deluxe waffle cone was HUGE & so delicious! The... chocolate on the cone reminded me of a drumstick! The cone was very fresh and the ice cream was creamy & delicious. My husbandgot one scoop of apple which was smaller and didn?t have ice cream in the bottom of the cone (guess it depends who makes it)butstill very flavorful. Everyone was friendly and offered samples. The truffles & goodies can add up fast at $2 a piece but theywere all excellent. The popcorn was a little sweet but also delicious. Loved this place! Let's start from the basic... I walked in with my wife and daughter and the owner was there to greet us and be... friendly. The stuff were friendly and actually looked trully happy. That speaks volume for the place. They let us try almostall flavors without looking at us like we are crazy! The ice cream was very fresh, tasty, and had a true home madefeeling. There are tables outside, nice view, the bowl is right down there and you can walk around the sugar hill downtown. Inother words...WE LOVED IT AND YOU HAVE TO VISIT ! Read more
