Terrible experience. We went thru the drivethru at 7:45 pm on 12-1, ordered a medium to larger order. 6 dbl cheese and 3 LG... fry. I asked for a couple sweet and sour sauce. Someone behind the counter said they charge for sauce. Ok so I declined. Gothome about 1.5 miles away and found they did not put two patties on one of the burgers and the fries were old and nasty. I donot want money back or gift cards, I will not return, even for free food. If you want to charge me for a sauce packet, you needto be sure the orders are correct, hot and fresh. Read more

We sat in the first drive through line and nobody waited on us. We watched 4 cars from the other line go ahead of us. So we... pulled forward and told the girl what happened oh what do you want? No I?m sorry your wait. I?ll let my manager know somethingis being missed. Just what else do you want. The second kid that gave us our food was very friendly. Got our food but had towait for our drinks. They need to get it together. They tried to get us to pull forward for our drinks! Drinks! Come on kids getit together! ******DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE****** This mcdonalds gave me two hashbrowns that were the consistency of mashed potatoes. The... grease went through the bag and ruined the seat of my vehicle. They're first resolution was to offer me $5!! Then after I toldthem that was ridiculous and would not resolve the damages $50. After 3 failed attempts of cleaning services unable to removethe stain they put it through to their insurance who told me once they gave me the hashbrowns it was my fault i put the bag onmy seat. This is a very mixed review. First of all 5 stars to Margie, Reuben, the nice hispanic lady (I dont know her name), Michael, and... the other female hispanic manager who usually works drive up. I love them all. I don't want to leave this negative review but Ihave to. This Sugar Grove location has become horrible. Now they can say it is because they are short of employees and I callpartial BS. I dont exactly know what the heck has happened to this McDonald's over the last couple of months but they havebecome a monstrosity! The drive thru is wrapped around the building. Sat there on 10/5 for 10 minutes just to move 1 car up inline. We left. A lot of other cars left, too. Saturday 10/1, my husband goes inside to order breakfast. There was nobody workingthe walk up counter. He waited and waited, 5 minutes, a black guy with colored hair ignored him, same for the older lady managerworking the oil machines, too. He said, "excuse me, is anyone going to take my order?" Crickets. Finally, he started saying, "ohokay, I see you're going to just play dumb," then finally the manager decides to help him. I think the owners of this storehave lost a lot of very good talent over the years. It's a shame. There was a girl who used to be theatrical and she worked herway up to manager and she was adorable and eccentrically sweet and kind. She was a hard worker. And there was a young lady namedStephanie who even bought my son a Build-A-Bear for his birthday. Tonight we went across the street to Culvers and they werehappy to serve us and we got our food in a timely manner. Between my husband and I, we get coffee everyday, he gets breakfaston the weekend and we use the drive up for food on occasion. Listen, maybe our money will go elsewhere and you can figure outhow to get this location back into shape. Read more
Stopped in with 5 friends for an afternoon snack after graduation. Needed somewhere cool to sit for just a bit before our dinner... reservations at 5PM. The restaurant was empty so it worked out just fine. Everyone working there was super sweet. Read more
I've only been here about five times since I've lived in the area and out if those five times they've messed up the order four... times. Most recently they gave us no fries, shorted us a few nuggets and put the wrong things in the burgers. The food we didget was decent though. Read more
