Customer service is great! We came in about 1hr before closing time order a pizza and a Philly cheesesteak and a meatball sub.... It was slightly cold and tasted like a burnt chemical. My favorite Zero's! It's a frequent weekend stop for us. I love how all the employees smile when I have to ring the bell on the... counter. My meal is always the way it should be, even if it's not always consistent on topping amountages. For a gas station,food stop they are friendly enough and fast enough with still some good tastes. Today I'm working a 12 hour shift. I decided to order lunch through DoorDash. I ordered a chicken philly but received a normal... philly. websites and door says they close at 6. I got here at 540 and the doors were LOCKED. assistant manager said were close at 6. I... said its 540 and she still kept the door locked. I asked for the corporate and the store number and she said she didn't know.Terrible. Read more

Never been to Zero's I live in NC. Was here for a job and just happened to find this place. Got a Godfather and could not be... happier. To the person who suggested they microwave their subs that is a countertop convection oven they use to heat the subs.I have one at home and while it may be small they heat things up quick. Did not have fries or a drink so can't comment. Alsoif your not a local you might drive right by it as it is attached to a gas station like some Subway's. Read more
I absolutely love the Philly cheese with mushrooms. Always freshly cooked. Staff always friendly.
