Way too long of a wait. I know everyone is under staffed, but maybe if they tried to treat their employees better and gave them... a bonus if they can't give them a raise, employees might like their job a little more. Food is okay. Usually cold, fries not fresh. Drive thru very slow ALWAYS. Sit at the speaker for 2 minutes before hearing... anyone. It?s a wonder this place thrives.. Read more
I don't usually eat Wendy's but this was the only restaurant in the area for fast food at the time. The cashier was young and... friendly but got the orders wrong. The food came fairly quickly. The manager made up for the errors with no incident. I don'tknow if it's my age or the food but I became very ill. I don't think it was because of the quality of the food because oddlyenough it was fresh, hot and tasted OK. But I stopped eating Wendy's years ago and I'm paying for eating again. I gave threestats not because of anything they did but no matter when I think of them I feel sick. However the store was clean and nocomplaints because I knew I shouldn't have eaten there. Why am I sharing this negative story? So ppl my age (55) realize theolder you get the less certain foods will agree with you so we can't blame the food or restaurant unless it's their fault and inthis case IT WAS NOT!! Took 25 minutes going through the drive through (night shift). Ordered the number 11 straight up with no modifications to the... order, should have been the easiest to put together. After finally getting to the window I was presented with the wrong drink,reminded then what I ordered and got my coke. Got back home and found my number 11 was a bacon cheddar chicken, not burger. Absolutely horrific experience. Long line at drive thru. They had no ice and no Coke. Ordered a $6 Bourbon Burger and it came... completely plain...literally, a piece of meat with cheese on a bun. And the burger was full of gristle. I would have gone backand got a refund but the line was too long so if you are thinking about stopping here...don't. Read more
